Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Help with upselling and cross-selling complementary products (e.g., jewellery cleaning kits, matching sets). Track individual sales performance and work with the team to achieve set goals.
