Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Support in handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions professionally and confidentially.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies; assist in internal and external audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

  • HR sourcing: 2 years (Preferred)
