Job Description

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement : Warmly welcome customers to the store, understand their preferences, and assist them in selecting jewellery pieces that align with their tastes and occasions. Product Knowledge : Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the store's jewellery collections, including details about materials, gemstones, designs, and current market trends, to effectively educate and guide customers. Sales Transactions : Process sales efficiently, handle various payment methods, and ensure accurate documentation of transactions. Customer Relationship Management : Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history, enabling personalized service and targeted marketing efforts. After-Sales Service : Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Store Maintenance : Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and visually appealing, with merchandise displays that attract and engage customers.
