Key Responsibilities : Customer Engagement and Sales Support : Greet and assist customers, providing them with information on jewellery products, features, and prices. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate jewelry pieces (rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc.) based on preferences and budget. Assist with the sales process, from showing products to facilitating the checkout process. Build rapport with customers and ensure they feel valued and heard. Product Knowledge : Learn about the jewellery product range, including different types of gemstones, precious metals, and jewelry designs. Stay informed about new arrivals, trends, and seasonal collections to help educate customers. Assist in demonstrating product features, including gemstone qualities, jewellery care, and maintenance. Customer Service Excellence : Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Sales Support and Targets : Support senior sales staff in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Help with upselling and cross-selling complementary products (e.g., jewellery cleaning kits, matching sets). Track individual sales performance and work with the team to achieve set goals.
