Key Responsibilities: Promote and explain gold savings, investment, and purchase schemes to existing and prospective customers. Handle customer inquiries related to gold schemes and assist with enrollment processes. Manage records of all gold scheme accounts, including monthly contributions, maturity tracking, and payouts. Ensure timely collection and processing of installment payments from scheme participants. Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure accuracy in scheme-related transactions. Monitor and report on scheme performance metrics, such as enrollment numbers and revenue contributions. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage renewals and referrals. Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for renewals, pending installments, and grievance resolution. Ensure all gold scheme activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines. Participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and community events to increase awareness of gold schemes. Key Skills and Competencies Strong knowledge of gold-related financial products and retail schemes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers. Sales-oriented mindset with customer service focus. Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
