Store Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Administrator to support the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. 2. Administrative Tasks: Manage store administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries. 3. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and reporting discrepancies. 4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting store products and services. 5. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including sales reports, inventory levels, and customer information. 6. Loss Prevention: Assist with loss prevention efforts, including monitoring store security, reporting incidents, and maintaining a safe and secure store environment. 7. Team Support: Provide support to the store team, including assisting with sales, answering customer questions, and maintaining a positive and productive store environment. Requirements: 1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset. 2. Experience: 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in an administrative or supervisory role. 3.
