Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Karigar to join our team of skilled craftsmen in the gold and diamonds field. As a Karigar, you will be responsible for creating and repairing intricate jewelry pieces using gold, diamonds, and other precious stones. Key Responsibilities: 1. Setting and Polishing: Set diamonds and other precious stones into jewelry pieces and polish them to perfection. 2. Metalworking: Work with various metals, including gold, silver, and platinum, to create and repair jewelry pieces. 3. Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets high standards of quality and finish. 4. Design Interpretation: Interpret designs and patterns to create intricate jewelry pieces. 5. Tool Handling: Use specialized tools, such as jeweler's saws, files, and drills, to craft and repair jewelry pieces. Requirements: 1. Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Karigar in the gold and diamonds field. 2. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of jewelry-making techniques, including casting, soldering, stone setting, and polishing. 3. Material Knowledge: Familiarity with various metals, gemstones, and other materials. 4. Creativity: Ability to innovate and suggest improvements to enhance the appeal and uniqueness of jewelry pieces. 5. Time Management: Effective time management skills to meet production deadlines. Working Conditions: 1. Workshop Environment: Work in a workshop environment with specialized tools and equipment. 2. Attention to Detail: Maintain focus and attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. 3.
