Key Deliverables \u27A2 Complex product service / critical services \u27A2 Skill development of store JCM \u27A2 Expert in HV modifications \u27A2 New skills introduced \u27A2 Process Simplification \u27A2 Support in Creating MC Objection handling experts \u27A2 SPOC of new collection launch \u27A2 Modification skill set development 4. The right person \u27A2 Master Karigar with bench working, polishing, stone setting and finishing skills having 5 to 10 years\u2019 experience \u27A2 Good knowledge of repairing / modifying gold and diamond jewelry products \u27A2 Good communication skills including local language \u27A2 Preferably 10th pass / Jewelry making course/knowledge \u27A2 Willingness to train the candidates \u27A2 Collaborate in new service trials \u27A2 Willingness to travel to stores & learn \u27A2 Customer centricity approach
