Ltd. , specializing in support garments . The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of both B2B and direct consumer sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to B2B prospects such as retailers, wholesalers, and healthcare professionals to promote and sell support garments. Handle direct sales inquiries from individual customers and guide them in product selection, usage, and benefits. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals. Maintain a database of client information, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Build long-term relationships with B2B clients for recurring business. Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Stay updated on product features, promotions, and competitor activity. Provide post-sale customer support and gather feedback to improve service. Requirements: Minimum 1โ3 years of telesales experience, preferably in garments, healthcare, or consumer products. Experience in both B2B and direct sales environments are highly desirable. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
