Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Gold Schemes Management Executive to manage and oversee gold-based schemes, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheme administration, customer service, and sales growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and administer gold-based schemes, including gold savings, gold loans, and other related products. - Provide excellent customer service, resolving queries and issues in a timely manner. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth through effective scheme promotion and customer acquisition. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in scheme management, customer service, or sales. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of gold industry products and services. - Experience with CRM software and MS Office.
