Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Gold Loan Officer. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for driving business growth through customer acquisition and retention for gold loan services. Daily tasks include evaluating gold articles for loans, managing loan disbursement processes, maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and supporting branch-level activities. The role also involves promoting the company’s financial products and achieving set targets efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills
• Ability to evaluate gold quality and ensure accuracy in loan calculations
• Experience in sales, customer service, and achieving financial targets
• Proficient in using digital solutions and tools for financial transactions
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in a financial services or gold loan company is a plus
