Achieve and Exceed targets set for Number and Value of Gold Loans Primary contact for gold loan customers- pitching product to them, explain all details about product, collect required documents. Coordinate with Branch team ADO, BM, CRM, CCR, CROs, LOs and external members - BCs, DSAs leads etc.
Resolve all field level queries of customer related to Gold Loan and manage regular collections.
Acting as back-up for Assets Desk Officers in their absence .
