Job Description

The role involves understanding banking processes, gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and supporting the implementation of systems and process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and system requirements.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Conduct gap analysis between current and target processes or systems.
Support the creation of business cases for new initiatives and enhancements.

Banking Operations & Process Support

Analyze banking operations in domains such as
retail banking
,
corporate banking
,
payments
,
lending
, or
wealth management
.
Support automation and digital transformation initiatives in the banking domain.
Work with IT and operations teams to ensure business requirements are properly implemented.
Monitor process performance and identify areas for optimization.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Perform data validation, trend analysis, and reconciliation using banking data.
Develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Project & Stakeholder Management

Support project planning, testing, and implementation phases.
Prepare presentations, status updates, and documentation for stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, risk, compliance, and IT.

Risk, Compliance & Controls

Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal controls, and data privacy standards.
Assist in audit and compliance reviews.
Support initiatives related to AML, KYC, and regulatory reporting if applicable.
