Payout Audit Executive

Job Purpose:

doctor and consultant payouts

Key Responsibilities:

Doctor Payout Audit & Processing

• Manage audits of

  doctor payouts

  including

  fixed, variable, incentive-based, home care, and visiting doctor payouts

  across all group entities.
• Review payout calculations to ensure adherence to

  agreements, policies, and approval matrices

  .
• Validate professional fees, incentives, and special payout structures.
  

Reconciliation & Compliance

• Analyze and reconcile

  payout discrepancies

  and identify root causes.
• Ensure payouts comply with

  internal controls, SOPs, and regulatory requirements

  .
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all payouts.
  

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain

  monthly payout MIS

  , variance reports, and reconciliation statements.
• Share analytical insights with management for decision-making and control improvement.
  

Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in payout processes and

  implement process improvements

  to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support development and strengthening of

  SOPs and control mechanisms

  .

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with

  billing, finance, HR, medical administration, and operations teams

  to resolve payout-related issues.
• Coordinate with doctors and consultants, when required, to address payout queries professionally and promptly.
  

Audit Support

• Support

  internal and external audits

  by providing required documents, explanations, and reconciliations related to doctor payouts.
