Job Overview: We're looking for a passionate and customer-obsessed individual to join our team as an NPS & Happy Calling Customer Delight Executive. In this role, you’ll be the voice of Bolt.Earth to our users, gathering actionable feedback and spreading positive energy by connecting with satisfied customers. Your work will help shape our product, improve customer experiences, and build loyalty across our EV user base. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to customers post- installation and service or interaction to gather feedback. Drive NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys and ensure feedback is accurately captured. Identify promoters, passives, and detractors; escalate issues or suggestions to relevant departments. Perform “happy calling” to customers with positive experiences to reinforce satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain clear documentation and reports on feedback, trends, and recurring issues. Collaborate with customer support, product, and operations teams to close the feedback loop. Assist in creating monthly reports and presentations based on feedback analytics. Qualifications & Skills : 0–2 years of experience in customer experience, telecalling, or feedback-related roles. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu). Empathetic listener with a customer-first mindset. Role & responsibilities: Own and drive the full-cycle enterprise sales process, from lead qualification through proposal development to deal closure, ensuring alignment with client goals and deployment readiness. Act as a strategic advisor and builder, developing custom EV infrastructure solutions based on the clients long-term sustainability and operational targets. Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with CXOs, sustainability heads, real estate developers, urban planners, facility managers, and procurement stakeholders. Leverage a deep understanding of city infrastructure, regulatory frameworks, utility partnerships, and real estate dynamics to craft scalable, city-aligned deployment strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) to deliver customized EV infrastructure solutions that fit within urban constraints and enterprise requirements. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent, clean documentation in CRM tools for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and strategic planning. Lead client meetings, site visits, and on-ground assessments across multiple city zones, helping translate city-specific opportunities into scalable solutions. Represent Bolt.Earth at urban infrastructure forums, clean tech events, municipal workshops, and industry panels to grow brand awareness and network with decision-makers. Be a city-savvy builderstay informed about local EV policies, public-private partnerships, zoning regulations, utility incentives, and infrastructure challenges across target cities. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 4 years of enterprise/B2B sales experience, preferably in EV infrastructure, clean tech, logistics, or commercial real estate. Proven track record of selling into urban ecosystems, including city-based developers, warehousing networks, office parks, or industrial corridors. Experience with multi-stakeholder selling environments, including government relations, utilities, sustainability officers, and engineering teams. Strong consultative selling and solution-building approach, with the ability to tailor proposals to specific urban challenges and enterprise needs. Clear understanding of city planning nuances, land use regulations, and real estate development cycles in metropolitan and Tier 1/2 city environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical solutions for business audiences. Self-starter with a builder’s mindset—comfortable working in ambiguity, influencing internal and external stakeholders, and co-creating innovative solutions. Willingness to travel locally and regionally across cities to meet clients, conduct site surveys, and manage stakeholder relationships.
