Job Description

As a MV Switchgear- Power System- V2 role in the North Region at Schneider Electric, your role involves driving Sales & Order booking in the South & East regions for the MV transactional business. You will be responsible for promoting Schneider Electric MV Switchgear offering to various segments through channels in the South & Eastern region. Supporting the Sales team with technical and commercial offers, coordinating to close deals, and growing the MV transactional business from Panel builders, Distributors, licensee partners, etc., will be key responsibilities of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Sales & Order booking in the South & East regions for MV transactional business - Promote Schneider Electric MV Switchgear offering to all segments through channels - Support Sales team with technical and commercial offers and coordinate to close deals - Grow the MV transactional business from various partners - Manage tasks and projects to deliver activities on time and on budget - Work as part of and lead cross-department teams to deliver jointly agreed objectives - Focus on monthly opportunity pipeline, order booking, Commercial Margin, dP, SD targets, AMSP initiatives, new Hero offers promotion, DSTP, etc. - Devise strategies for winning large & medium value orders, saturate existing customers, convert competition customers, etc. - Conduct campaigns, seminars, trainings, and ensure proper closure of service complaints Qualifications: - Engineering qualification (Degree or equivalent preferred) - 10+ years of experience in a tendering/Sales/Marketing/BD role in the MV switchgear industrial environment Your skills in targeted application, industry standards, and legislation, along with knowledge of the electrical distribution and MV Switchgear product range will be essential for this role. Possessing or working towards a professional engineering association accreditation will be beneficial. Effective communication, technical message conveyance, and software proficiency are also crucial for success in this position.,
