GM Operations

As the GM - Operations for the Sahibabad Plant located in Ghaziabad, your role will be crucial in planning, coordinating, and managing all plant operations to achieve corporate goals. You will work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement operational plans for profitability. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing strategies to improve overall quality, cost, and productivity - Evaluating the effectiveness of plant operations programs and recommending improvements - Scheduling regular team meetings to discuss updates, issues, and recommendations - Responding to employee concerns in a timely manner - Providing direction and guidance to employees in their assigned job duties - Ensuring that office positions are promptly filled, determining staffing requirements - Assisting in employee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, promotions, and terminations - Managing related administration, human resources, and accounting services to support company operations - Identifying opportunities for improvement and preparing continual improvement plans As the GM - Operations, you are authorized to make decisions required to achieve corporate goals and profitability. You are also authorized to review the performance of processes and teams, and make recommendations for evaluations, promotions, and terminations. Additionally, you have the authority to review staff requirements. Your accountability will include reporting to management about productivity, cost, employees, systems, and progress on departmental/process objectives. You will be responsible for seeking approval from management for quality, system, and staff requirements. You will also be accountable for approving plans, strategies, and departmental/process objectives, as well as ensuring the overall performance of plant operations. This is a full-time position based in Ghaziabad at the Sahibabad Plant.,
