GM HR - Leading Infra/ Construction company

We are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager Human Resources with a strong

focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. This role is critical in shaping our workforce by

designing and executing strategies to attract, acquire, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will

have a deep understanding of end-to-end hiring processes, employer branding, and strategic

workforce planning, while also overseeing other key HR functions to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (Primary Focus):

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and

future growth plans.

• Drive full-cycle recruitment across all functions and levels – from junior to leadership hiring.

• Build a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, campus programs, referrals, and

partnerships.

• Implement innovative sourcing methods including social media, job boards, and recruitment

marketing campaigns.

• Enhance employer branding and employee value proposition to attract top talent.

• Lead and manage a high-performing recruitment team, setting clear KPIs and ensuring hiring

timelines are met.

• Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs and develop workforce planning

strategies.

• Establish and track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to

measure hiring effectiveness.

Secondary Responsibilities (General HR Oversight):

• Support onboarding and employee experience initiatives to ensure smooth integration and

retention.

• Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and recommend learning & development

interventions.

• Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of HR policies, compensation frameworks, and

HRIS processes.
