The GM, Contracts will finalize all contractual correspondences, ensure effective contract administration and resolve major contractual issues of HAM & EPC Projects with Authority & Consultants including finalization of Claims & Disputes. He will also be responsible for all contractual compliances, finalize COS & EOT Proposals and dispute resolution. The candidate must have strong experience in EPC, HAM, and other PPP/contractual models.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of EPC, HAM, PPP frameworks, FIDIC conditions, IRC Codes & Manuals and Morth & NHAI Circulars.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex contractual issues and multidisciplinary teams.
Strong analytical and commercial acumen.

Qualifications:

B. Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Preference of M. Tech from Reputed Institutes like IIT, NIT etc.
MBA/PGDM in Construction Management or relevant field (advantageous).
