Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for

  US-based roles

  , ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
• Source and attract top talent through

  Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, IIM Jobs

  , and other platforms.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for technical, functional, and cultural fit.
• Handle offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding processes.
• Track and report key hiring metrics such as

  time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire

• Stay up to date with

  US recruitment trends, compliance requirements, and market insights

• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s visibility in the US talent market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven recruitment experience

  , with a strong focus on

  US hiring

• Expertise in sourcing via

  Upwork, LinkedIn Recruiter, Fiverr, IIM Jobs

  , and other recruitment platforms.
• Prior experience in
