Role Overview

Global Recruitment Associate

What You’ll Work On

• Support end-to-end recruitment workflows for US-based hiring
• Source and evaluate candidates for niche tech and non-tech roles
• Manage candidate pipelines, communication, and interview coordination
• Maintain structured databases and recruitment trackers
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and operational tasks
• Use modern recruitment systems and AI tools to optimize searches

• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations
• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent communication skills and a polished professional presence
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
• Ability to join

  on-site in Gurgaon

• Comfortable working a flexible day + night split shift
• Available for the full 6-month duration

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Prior HR/recruitment internship experience
• Familiarity with sourcing, resume screening, or CRM tools
