Global Recruiter

As a Recruitment Specialist at our global group of leading technology companies that Digitize Brick-and-Mortar Retail, your role will involve partnering with hiring managers across different regions to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research to identify qualified candidates through various channels and screening resumes to assess candidate qualifications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Partnering with hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies - Conducting in-depth research to identify qualified candidates - Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews - Evaluating candidate skills and experience through structured interviews - Managing the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages - Maintaining relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback - Staying up to date on global recruitment trends and best practices - Contributing to innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent - Analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement - Maintaining accurate recruitment records and databases To excel in this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) - 3-7 years of experience in a global recruitment role - Proven track record of recruiting top talent across various disciplines - Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Understanding of global employment regulations and cultural nuances (preferred) About Us: We are a global group of leading technology companies that Digitize Brick-and-Mortar Retail.
