Role Overview: As a Global Recruitment Associate Intern at Crossing Hurdles, you will support global hiring pipelines and work closely with senior recruiters and the founder. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role suited for someone eager to learn US recruitment, build strong communication skills, and take ownership from Day 1. Key Responsibilities: - Support end-to-end recruitment workflows for US-based hiring - Source and evaluate candidates for niche tech and non-tech roles - Manage candidate pipelines, communication, and interview coordination - Maintain structured databases and recruitment trackers - Deliver an excellent candidate experience - Assist with documentation, reporting, and operational tasks - Use modern recruitment systems and AI tools to optimize searches Qualifications Required: - Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations - Energetic, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment - Excellent communication skills and a polished professional presence - Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools - Ability to join on-site in Gurgaon - Comfortable working a flexible day + night split shift - Available for the full 6-month duration Additional Details: Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment firm partnering with top-tier US-based startups and fast-growing technology companies.
