Global Planning Systems Excellence Lead

Role Overview: You will be the Global Planning Systems Excellence Lead responsible for ensuring that Production Units (PUs) adhere to Global Planning standards and processes by effectively utilizing digital tools to meet service, inventory, and cost optimization targets. Your key responsibilities will include defining best practices in the use of Castrol's end-to-end digital tool (Kinaxis Maestro), leading the evaluation and prioritization of defects and enhancements, driving capability growth of global and PU teams in demand and supply planning system functionality, and representing Planning in global disruptions. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own best practice standards in the use of Castrol's digital tool for global and PU teams - Lead the assessment and enhancement of adoption and embedding of the digital tool system functionality - Drive capability growth of global and PU teams in demand and supply planning system functionality - Lead global planning investigations and analyses during global disruptions and make recommendations to Business Support Teams - Represent Planning in the governance of Global Visibility and Management Disruption for defects and enhancements prioritization - Own the Global Planning digital roadmap for planning data warehousing and visualization - Establish and enforce mandated data requirements and best practices across ERPs and associated systems Qualifications Required: - Industry-recognized supply chain certification such as APICS- CPIM or APICS- CLTD highly desirable - 10-12 years of experience in digital planning processes and advanced planning systems - Deep knowledge and experience in Castrol's supply chain, product portfolio, and digital planning network - Proficiency in planning systems Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP APO, SO99+, and ERPs like JDE and SAP - Excellent skills in IT tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, AWS, Power BI, and databases - Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills - Ability to work effectively with global and PU planning and functional stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver timely results Additional Company Details (if present): - The role does not involve significant travel - Relocation assistance is available within the country - The position does not support remote working Note: Legal disclaimer regarding employment contingencies and background checks applies.,
