The KYC Lifecycle Team performs detailed KYC checks on new and existing clients to fulfil KYC & AML regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions, allowing our clients to engage in a risk compliant manner. This role will include the understanding of KYC lifecycle and manage complete KYC process. KYC- Associate Program Manager Responsibilities- Operations Management To manage a large and diverse team of KYC Analysts and Team Leaders working towards pre-defined targets Manage day-to-day activities of the team and ensure compliance to procedures and policy guidelines, encourage and motivate advisors, develop agent skill sets and manage personal development goals for the agents. Assist the VP in the maintenance of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators through effective team leadership. Optimize KYC processes to reduce cycle time and manual effort, improve client experiences, and realize cost savings. Providing advice to First line of Business, KYC Operations Unit to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements to FCC policies and procedures. Reviewing Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) escalations for onboarding and periodic reviews of prospective and existing higher-risk FI clients to identify issues presenting potential legal, regulatory, AML, sanctions, or reputational risk, primarily utilizing publicly available data sources, vendor reports and reviewing client KYC documentation Updating, drafting, and implementing applicable Internal procedures to comply with the Global Standards, including the Country KYC/ CDD procedures Supporting any ad hoc project uplift/implementation of initiatives relating to KYC customers but limited to KYC system implementation.
