This role is crucial in providing comprehensive documentation services to clients enrolled for Study Visa applications for UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Documentation Services : Assist clients in gathering and organizing required documents for the Study Visa process. Application Assessment : Review and assess the completeness of visa application files. Case Preparation : Prepare cases for final lodgment to ensure accuracy and compliance with visa requirements. Client Communication : Respond to client queries via calls, chat, and emails promptly. Customer Service : Address and resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner. Assisting clients in understanding their eligibility criteria, application procedures, and documentation needs. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in admission/visa counseling or a related field (overseas education industry preferred). Strong communication skills with excellent spoken English proficiency; ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
