Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Define and execute long-term strategic plans for India operations aligned with our global goals. Scale up our study abroad services for students aspiring to pursue education in Germany and Europe Business Development & Partnerships Forge partnerships with European employers, universities, and vocational institutions. Represent the company in key industry events, education fairs, and policy forums. Identify and develop new business lines and service models. Operations Management Oversee recruitment, training, documentation, visa coordination, and post-arrival support. Ensure seamless coordination between India and Germany teams for candidate lifecycle management. Optimise processes for scalability, compliance, and quality assurance. Financial Management Prepare and manage budgets, ensure cost controls, and deliver on revenue and profitability goals. Monitor financial performance and report to the Board of Directors with transparency. Team Leadership Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing cross-functional team. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to Indian and European regulations governing international recruitment, education consultancy, and data privacy. Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership roles, ideally in international recruitment, global mobility, education consultancy, or HR services. Proven track record of business growth and team leadership. Strong understanding of global migration trends, German/EU immigration, or international higher education processes. Entrepreneurial spirit with strategic vision and execution capability. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience working with international teams or cross-border projects is highly desirable. Master's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or relevant field preferred.
