Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end immigration processes for outbound employee movement from India to countries such as the UK, Canada, EU nations, Middle East, Australia and APAC regions (excluding the US).
Liaise with external immigration consultants, legal advisors, and government authorities to facilitate visa/work permit applications.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including HR, Talent Acquisition, and Business Units to support international assignments and travel.
Maintain accurate records of immigration documentation and ensure timely renewals/extensions.
Monitor changes in immigration laws and regulations across relevant countries and update internal policies accordingly.
Provide guidance and support to employees on visa requirements, documentation, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with global mobility policies and mitigate immigration risks.
Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for leadership on immigration metrics and compliance status.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's or master's degree in law mandatory.
2-6 years of experience in handling non-US immigration processes, preferably in a multinational or consulting environment.
Strong understanding of global immigration laws and procedures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS or mobility platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with immigration consultants or legal firms.
Exposure to global mobility or international HR operations.
