Job Description

We are seeking a Global HRIS Deployment Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad for a key global implementation initiative.
This role will be responsible for supporting the deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and related SAP HR modules as part of a larger global HRIS transformation program.

Key Responsibilities : -

Lead or support deployment activities for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) in a global setting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in HR, IT, and Finance to ensure smooth implementation.
Support data migration, system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for requirements gathering and issue resolution.
Provide insights into best practices and system capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors EC and other HR modules.
Ensure system documentation, training materials, and support processes are in place.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications : -

Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementation.
Sound knowledge and working experience with SAP HR modules.
Experience in HRIS systems, particularly in global implementations.
Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in an Agile project environment.
Experience with SharePoint is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications : -

Previous experience in large-scale HRIS deployments.
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors EC is a plus.
Exposure to global HR processes and compliance considerations.
