Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Global HR Recruiter. The Global HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding of candidates. This role involves devising recruitment strategies, building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure hiring needs are met. A proactive approach to identifying top talent and building relationships with candidates is crucial to support the company’s growth and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Recruitment expertise, including talent acquisition, candidate screening, and interviewing
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of global recruitment strategies and experience in remote hiring
• Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and remote teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant work experience
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations across various regions is an advantage
