GENRAL INSURANCE MANAGER

Position : Manager (General Insurance) Location : Noida Sector 63 D block Job Type : Full-time Salary: 20000 To 50000 Experience Level : 2 year– 5 year Languages Preferred- Hindi/English reporting to : Business Head Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Insurance Manager to oversee all aspects of our general insurance portfolio. The successful candidate will manage policies, claims, renewals, compliance, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal coverage and cost-effectiveness while minimizing risk to the organization. Key Responsibilities: · Manage the company’s general insurance programs (property, liability, motor, travel, etc.) · Develop and implement insurance strategies in line with business needs and risk appetite. · Liaise with brokers, underwriters, and insurers to negotiate terms and ensure adequate coverage. · Monitor and manage policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations. · Lead the claims management process: ensure timely filing, follow-ups, and settlements. · Analyze risk exposure and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. · Maintain documentation for audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance. · Evaluate insurance providers’ performance and service levels. · Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and market developments. · Train and support staff on insurance procedures and claim handling. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field . Strong understanding of general insurance products and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Relevant qualifications in business, finance, or insurance (preferred).
