*Key Responsibilities:*
- Design and develop robust GenAI platforms and solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in GenAI projects
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI development
- Ensure reliability, security, compliance, and scalability of AI systems
- Utilize advanced AI techniques to extract insights from complex datasets
*Technical Expertise:*
- Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python
- Experience with GenAI frameworks, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies
- Expertise in machine learning model development, deployment, and optimization
*Leadership and Collaboration:*
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to define and solve complex problems using GenAI
- Capacity to critically assess GenAI products and influence product road
