Generative AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will be part of a fast-growing team working on cutting-edge AI solutions for the Hospitality and Healthcare sectors. With a focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Multi-Agent Systems, and Voice Agent Architectures, your role will be crucial in building advanced products that are already being used by industry leaders. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and optimizing RAG pipelines to retrieve and generate insights from structured and unstructured data in SQL/Postgres databases. You will also work on integrating with pgvector or other vector database integrations for semantic search. - Writing, testing, and refining production-grade prompts, applying advanced prompting techniques, and self-optimizing pipelines for accuracy, reliability, and scalability. - Designing and deploying seamless, multi-turn voice agents, integrating custom-built tools and APIs for task execution, and ensuring low-latency, natural, and engaging voice interactions. - Designing seamless multi-agent workflows and architectures, coordinating specialized agents to collaborate effectively on complex tasks using frameworks like LangGraph.
