As a Python Developer, you will collaborate closely with the engineering team to design, develop, and deploy software solutions, primarily focusing on Agentic AI applications. Your role involves contributing to the creation of intelligent systems that operate autonomously and make data-driven decisions. This hands-on position requires a combination of technical skills and a passion for building innovative AI-driven products. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining Python-based applications that emphasize Agentic AI models and solutions. You will work alongside data scientists and machine learning engineers to integrate AI models into production systems. Additionally, you will design, implement, and test software that interacts with large datasets, applying Agentic AI techniques to enhance decision-making processes. Your role will also involve optimizing and scaling AI systems to ensure high performance and reliability, as well as integrating AI solutions with various platforms and tools for end-to-end product deployment. Participation in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting will be essential to maintain a high standard of code quality. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest advancements in Agentic AI, machine learning, and Python technologies to continually enhance development processes. The required skills and qualifications for this role include a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Python development. Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, such as reinforcement learning, decision-making algorithms, and autonomous systems, is essential. A strong understanding of AI models and their real-world applications is necessary, along with familiarity with Python libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and NumPy. Proficiency in working with APIs, databases, and version control systems like Git is also required. Strong problem-solving abilities and a drive to create scalable and efficient systems are key qualities for this position. Effective communication skills are essential to collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying Python-based applications. The purpose for this role, would be to build agents for the platform, automating areas around support engineering and data engineering. We are looking for a superstar who will define and build the next generation of predictive analytics tools in healthcare. A Day in the Life Design and lead the development of various artificial intelligence initiatives to help improve health and wellness of patients Work with the business leaders and customers to understand their pain-points and build large-scale solutions for them. Proven ability to break down complex business problems into machine learning problems and design solution workflows. Work with our data platform team to help them successfully integrate the agent capability or algorithms in their product/workflows. Work with development teams to build tools for repeatable data tasks that will accelerate and automate development cycle. What You Need 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with experience inbuilding APIs, who understand how APIs function, and can effectively develop applications. Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and working experience in fine tuning LLMs Hands-on experience of working with Multi-Agent Systems with Frameworks like CrewAI/Langchain/Autogen (One of them is a must) and Prompt engineering. Hands-on with Vector Databases such as ChromaDB, FAISS etc. Experience in Reinforcement learning (RL), specially for autonomous agents. Working experience with Embedding models and RAG design. Strong hands-on experience in Python - building enterprise applications along with optimization techniques, along with working with API integrations (Fast API/Django) Hands on experience with at least one ML platform from amongst Databricks, Azure ML, Sagemaker Good to have - Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS cloud technologies, Snowflake and also some experience in Healthcare.
