Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and workflows across departments to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for AI-driven improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points, define project goals, and gather functional requirements.
• Research and evaluate modern AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, automation tools) and assess their applicability to business challenges.
• Design AI-enhanced solutions and prototypes that align with business objectives.
• Lead the development and implementation of selected solutions, either hands-on or by directing a small team of developers.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, including deployment, testing, integration, and post-deployment support.
• Stay current with AI trends, tools, and best practices and proactively bring new ideas to the table.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development, with exposure to AI/ML technologies.
• Strong background in business process analysis and solution design.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or similar.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Brain.js, OpenAI APIs).
• Experience implementing automation tools (e.g., RPA, chatbots, document processing).
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with experience guiding small teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data engineering or working with unstructured data.
• Prior experience deploying production-level AI solutions within a business setting.
• Exposure to tools like Power Automate, Zapier, or other low-code automation platforms.
