Generative AI Engineer

We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to build autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool-use, workflow execution, and complex decision-making. The role involves combining advanced LLMs with structured reasoning frameworks, external tool integrations, and memory systems to automate business processes and enhance product intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI Agents using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain Agents, Autogen, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents, ReAct frameworks, etc.
• Build multi-agent systems capable of collaboration, delegation, and workflow orchestration.
• Implement tool-calling, API integrations, plugins, and custom tools for agents.
• Develop agent memory, long-term context, and reinforcement loops.
• Optimize agents for reasoning, planning, problem-solving, and goal-driven execution.
• Integrate agents with enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing, communication platforms).
• Build monitoring, safety constraints, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms.
• Conduct performance evaluation, cost optimization, and reliability improvements.
• Work closely with product teams to convert manual processes into fully/partially autonomous workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience with LLMs, reasoning frameworks, chain-of-thought design, and agent orchestration.
• Hands-on expertise in LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of tool-calling, API integration, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and memory architectures.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend engineering (microservices, distributed systems).
• Experience deploying AI agents to cloud environments and ensuring robustness.

Nice to Have

• Experience with autonomous agents, planning algorithms, or reinforcement learning.
• Understanding of human-in-the-loop agent design.
• Prior experience in automation, DevOps, or workflow engines.
• Contributions to open-source AI agent frameworks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,817.97 - ₹60,000.00 per month
