Gen AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy

  enterprise-level Gen AI solutions

  , including RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and multimodal AI systems.
• Implement and optimize

  RAG architectures

  , vector search, retrieval workflows, query rewriting, and prompt tuning.
• Build

  Agentic AI applications

  using frameworks such as

  LangGraph

  or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate, fine-tune, and evaluate

  open-source LLMs

  (Llama, GPT-OSS, etc.) and multimodal models for real-world use cases.
• Measure, refine, and enhance

  Gen AI solution performance

  using evaluation frameworks and model metrics.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex ML and Gen AI workflows with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for integration, deployment, and solution scalability.

Must-Have Skills

• 6+ years of experience

  in AI/ML solution development with at least one

  production-grade Gen AI use case

  .
• Strong practical experience in

  RAG-based

  or

  Agentic AI

  implementations for global clients.
• Hands-on expertise with

  open-source LLMs

  and multimodal models.
• Knowledge of

  Agentic AI frameworks

  such as LangGraph or similar.
• Strong understanding of

  Gen AI evaluation, refinement, and benchmarking

  .
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience deploying AI solutions on

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  .
• Familiarity with

  DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

  for AI/ML projects.
• Knowledge of

  RAG methodologies

  , query transformation techniques, prompt optimization strategies.
• Awareness of

  LLM guardrails

  and enterprise AI best practices.
