Shopify & WordPress (WooCommerce) Developer Intern

You are a passionate Web Development Intern eager to learn and work on Shopify and WordPress (WooCommerce) projects. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world eCommerce development, theme customization, and performance optimization. Your responsibilities will include developing and customizing Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additionally, you will support in creating and enhancing WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores. You will also have the opportunity to learn and work on third-party app/plugin integrations with Shopify & WordPress, help optimize page performance, responsiveness, and SEO across platforms, collaborate with senior developers and designers to implement UI/UX improvements, troubleshoot and test websites across multiple browsers and devices, and stay updated with the latest Shopify & WordPress/WooCommerce trends. To excel in this role, you should have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any CMS (Shopify or WordPress preferred). Familiarity with Liquid (Shopify) or PHP/MySQL (WordPress) is a plus. You should possess a strong willingness to learn and contribute to live projects, a good problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Throughout this internship, you will gain practical experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify & WooCommerce), exposure to real client projects and industry-standard workflows, mentorship from experienced developers, and the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on your performance.
