Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of the largest online coding EdTech companies in India. Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform with an aim to help college students and working professionals upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects.

Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we are continuously working on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing towards becoming the de facto coding education company in India.

The company has raised more than 22 Million USD till date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi,etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas.

With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.

A Little bit about you.

Are you passionate about leveraging Artificial Intelligence to transform education? As an AI Engineer at Coding Ninjas, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our educational products and internal processes. You will work within a dynamic team, contributing to the intelligent core that powers our platforms and directly impacting the learning experience of thousands of students.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement innovative, scalable, and high-performance AI solutions for educational products, focusing on functionality and efficiency.
• Build and optimize AI/ML models for personalization, prediction, and content generation, including the use of AI tools like LLMs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, and AI Agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including learning scientists, data scientists, content experts, product managers, and engineers, to extract requirements and align AI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Continuously optimize, troubleshoot, and debug system performance based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
• Research emerging AI trends and experiment with new techniques, staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
• Effectively communicate complex AI concepts and implementations to diverse audiences and create clear technical documentation.

Requirements:

You're the kind of person who jailbreaks ChatGPT for fun, builds workflows for everything, and constantly asks, “what if we tried this differently?”

• 1-3 years of experience in AI development.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Solid foundation in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA).
• Worked with LLMs, LangChain, RAG pipelines, and AI Agents
• Understanding of model training, evaluation, and deployment cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Curiosity and a builder's mindset, eager to experiment and innovate in the EdTech space.
