About the Role

Generalist Intern

This role gives you a front-row seat to how Think School runs its day-to-day execution across departments.

You will work in a fast-paced environment that feels like a creative startup — driven by ownership, clarity, adaptability, and problem-solving.

Business Development, Content, Operations, Research, Product and Tech

Your PPO will depend entirely on your performance, consistency, and KPI achievement.

What You Will Do

• Assist the CMO with day-to-day execution and priority tasks
• Coordinate with multiple departments for project follow-ups and timely execution
• Support research, documentation, and cross-functional operations
• Manage small projects end-to-end with high ownership
• Identify bottlenecks, propose smart solutions, and solve on-ground problems
• Maintain task trackers, reports, and clear documentation
• Work across BD, Content, Operations, Research, Product, and Tech teams to understand how each function operates
• Explore different functions and identify where you perform best (helps determine your specialization for the PPO)

What You Will Bring

• Excellent communication (spoken & written)
• Strong problem-solving ability and street-smart thinking
• High proactiveness, reliability, and strong ownership mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn across multiple roles
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Graduate degree in any field
• Must be Mumbai-based and comfortable with full-time on-site work
