POSITION : General Manager/vice president /CEO

We are the worldwide leaders in the design, fabrication & manufacturing of oxygen plants, nitrogen plants and acetylene plants. In technical collaboration with ING. L. & A. Boschi, we started manufacturing oxygen and nitrogen plants at our factory in New Delhi (India) in 1985. The candidate would be in a senior position would oversee and be responsible for all aspects of the business, from production compliances and distribution to sales and customer service. They would be responsible for strategic planning, financial performance, operational efficiency, and leading the team to achieve company goals.

All heads of departments reporting to GM/Vice president ( PRODUCTION, COMMERCIAL,VENDOR,

ACCOUNTS,SHIPPING).

● KNOWLEDGE OF WORKING IN A COMPANY PREVIOUSLY WHICH HAD BEEN MACHINERY AND PLANT /VESSELS STAINLESS STEEL MANUFACTURING / ENGINEERING PROJECTS IS A MUST

● Operational Excellence:

Ensure smooth and efficient production, procurement ,shipping , orders booking and customer service processes.

● Financial Management:

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to achieve profitability targets.

● Team Leadership:

Build, motivate, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

● Sales and Marketing:

Drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and implement effective marketing strategies TO MEET THE INFLOW OF FUNDS presently 50 crores and growth of 10 to 15% per year .

● Compliance and Safety:To ensure that all work inside company , all activities are 100% legal and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the GOVT. OF INDIA factory , audit , gst etc etc . No violation is permitted in compliance whatsoever

● MIS REPORTS

Implement and manage continuous MIS REPORTS THROUGH sap AND improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality OF WORK .

● Reporting and Analysis:

Track key performance indicators, analyze data, and provide regular reports on business performance. Work only through professional meetings and MOU . No verbal or telephonic non professional instructions are allowed in the company

● performance reviews weekly /monthly / quaterly/yearly

all department performance of inflow and outflow of funds required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,653,057.40 - ₹3,040,663.14 per year
