Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire sales department and its operations.

● Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

● Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

● Report directly to senior management on sales performance and strategy

Requirements:

● Proven experience in real estate sales (specific years may vary based on the role).

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

● Demonstrated leadership skills for senior roles.

● Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
