Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the Sales Team: Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for current and upcoming projects.- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate leads, manage client relationships, and close significant deals.- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.- Collaboration: Work with marketing, CRM, and site teams for seamless sales operations.- Sales Performance: Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.- Compliance: Ensure adherence to real estate laws and regulations.- Reporting: Prepare, regular sales forecasts and performance reports.- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.Additional Responsibilities:- Budgeting: Provide inputs for annual operating plans and manage marketing budgets.- Lead Generation: Plan and execute lead generation activities with the team.- Channel Partner Management: Manage relationships with channel partners and monitor their performance.- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
