General Manager - Projects

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company in India, ensuring that all departments work efficiently to achieve organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills to drive growth and profitability.

Location: Mumbai (with PAN India travel)

Experience: 1015 years in Commercial Interior Fit-Outs

Reports to: Director

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning, scheduling, and managing projects end-to-end.

- Forecasting project completion dates and managing risks.

- Overseeing client relationship management.

- Handling project budgets, cost controls, and profitability (P&L).

- Coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.

- Monitoring progress, ensuring corrective measures where needed.

- Managing project documentation and commercial closure.

- Leading project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Designing (preferred).

- Post-Graduate in Construction Management (preferred).

- 1012 years of experience in corporate fit-out / turnkey interiors.

- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.

- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
