We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the IT sector. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in various technical roles, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for IT positions.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the recruitment process from end to end, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
