Job Description

As a Procurement Director, you will play a crucial role in leading the procurement function for corporate, CAPEX, OPEX, and project operations. Your responsibilities include: - Leading end-to-end procurement strategy for CAPEX, OPEX, and project procurement, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and compliance with company policies. - Implementing KPIs for performance tracking, supplier delivery adherence, cost control, and savings realization. - Driving negotiations for high-value contracts, developing category strategies, and identifying sourcing opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership. - Mentoring and coaching leaders, driving succession planning, and ensuring skill development for emerging procurement leaders. - Developing and managing corporate procurement budgets, aligning spend with business priorities, and integrating procurement planning into business expansion projects. - Serving as the organization's strategic procurement voice at leadership and board-level discussions, leading transformation initiatives, and maintaining cross-functional alignment. In terms of qualifications, you should have a Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or Business Administration. Additionally, you should have 15-20 years of progressive procurement/supply chain experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role in hospitality or allied sectors handling large-scale procurement.
