Role Overview

General Manager – Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Operations Leads and Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.
• Own end-to-end customer experience post-booking, ensuring timely handovers and top CSAT scores.
• Act as the highest point of escalation for your region, resolving issues within committed timelines.
• Ensure adherence to Truww SOPs and process standards across teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Vendor, Category, Product, and Finance) for smooth execution.
• Drive operational metrics like Move-in adherence, CSAT, and Cost efficiency.
• Build and manage partnerships with builders, architects, and interior consultants to expand reach.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Customer Delivery (preferably in interiors startup environments).
• Strong people management and stakeholder handling skills.
• Analytical, structured, and hands-on approach to solving on-ground challenges.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
