Job Description

As the General Manager at Indrakosh Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all operational aspects of the company. Your responsibilities will include leading and managing daily operations across various departments to ensure company objectives are met. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for growth, operational excellence, and customer engagement. Additionally, you will oversee procurement and supply chain management, including local sourcing of timber and hardware materials. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage daily operations of all departments to meet company objectives. - Develop and execute strategic plans for growth, operational excellence, and customer engagement. - Oversee procurement and supply chain management, including local sourcing of timber and hardware materials. - Coordinate with the VR tech team to ensure seamless integration of digital customer experiences. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and clients. - Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations. - Manage financial budgeting, cost controls, and reporting in collaboration with the finance team. - Supervise hiring, training, and performance management of staff. - Implement reward and referral programs to motivate stakeholders and influencers. - Monitor customer feedback and implement continuous improvement measures. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in general management, preferably in interior design, hardware retail sectors. - Proven track record of managing multi-functional teams and operations. - Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills. - Familiarity with VR technology or digital customer engagement tools is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - Knowledge of local market, supply chain, and quality assurance processes.
