General Manager - Operations

Role Overview: As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all branch activities, including developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy for overseas branches. Your role will involve managing the recruitment and selection process in multiple locations, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. You will be tasked with nurturing a positive working environment, overseeing a performance appraisal system to drive high performance, assessing training needs, and ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management in various countries. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for overseas branches - Manage the recruitment and selection process in multiple locations - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization - Nurture a positive working environment - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance - Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in various countries Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills to handle international clients - Previous experience in a managerial role, preferably in an international setting - Knowledge of HR strategies and best practices - Ability to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Understanding of legal compliance requirements in different countries Additional Details: The company offers the following benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Life insurance - Provident Fund Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
