General Manager - Operations

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Operations to oversee the complete functioning of our restaurant, including Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH). The ideal candidate should be a strong leader with excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage daily operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall restaurant operations (FOH & BOH).

**• **Ensure exceptional customer service and smooth guest experience.

**• **Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

**• **Oversee administrative tasks: payroll, inventory management, financial reporting.

**• **Maintain and enforce all food safety, hygiene, and health standards.

**• **Support and participate in restaurant marketing and local brand promotions.

**• **Train, guide, and mentor new hires and existing staff.

**• **Manage HR duties including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (preferred).

• “7-20” years of experience in the restaurant/food service industry.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of restaurant technology, including POS systems.
